Yes, unless you’d rather not. Every month we send a full content calendar — the copy, the creative and the dates — for you to approve or edit before anything is scheduled.
Some clients read every line, others approve the calendar once and let us run. Both are fine. Nothing goes out that you haven’t had the chance to see.
We do. Photo, video and graphics are produced in-house as part of your plan, not billed as extras. Depending on your plan that includes a monthly or bi-weekly shoot.
If you already have brand photography or product shots we’ll happily use those too, and we can mix them with new material so the feed stays fresh.
No. The monthly fee covers our work — strategy, creative, posting, community management and reporting. Advertising budget is separate and paid by you directly to the platform from your own account.
We never mark up ad spend or take a percentage of it, and we never exceed a monthly cap without your written approval.
Engagement and reach usually move within the first month. Follower growth and enquiries from social build over three to six months — it compounds rather than spikes.
You’ll get a report every month showing reach, engagement, growth and leads, so you can see the trend rather than guessing.
That’s common and it’s not a problem. We can take over completely, or work alongside whoever is posting now and handle the parts they don’t — usually the creative, the paid promotion and the reporting.

You do, always. Every account is opened in your business name with you as the owner and us added as a manager.
