It depends on what the site has to do. A straightforward brochure site is a very different build to a store, a booking system or something with custom integrations.
Whatever the scope, you get one fixed price quoted before we start — no hourly billing and no change-order games. Send us your current site and what you need it to do, and we’ll come back with a firm number.
Four to six weeks for most builds. Week one is planning and the sitemap, week two is design, weeks three and four are the build, and week five is testing and launch.
The main thing that slows a project down is waiting on content or approvals from your side. If that happens we reschedule rather than rush it.
Yes. Every build is handed over with a training session so you can edit text, swap images and add pages without needing us.
If you’d rather not touch it, our care plans cover ongoing changes — but that’s a choice, not a dependency we design in.
Not if it’s handled properly. We map every existing URL to its new equivalent and put redirects in place before launch, so the authority you’ve built carries across.
We also rebuild the SEO foundations as part of the project — heading structure, schema markup, sitemaps and clean URLs — so most clients see rankings hold or improve after a rebuild.
That’s ideal. If you already have a domain we’ll point it at the new site and you keep ownership of it throughout.
Existing copy is welcome too — we’ll edit and structure it for the web rather than starting from scratch. On the larger plans, copywriting is included if you’d rather hand it over.
Yes, if you want us to. Our care plans cover managed hosting, SSL, daily backups, malware scanning, plugin updates and a monthly report.
It’s optional and month-to-month. If you’d rather host elsewhere, we’ll hand the site over cleanly and it will run perfectly well without us.
You do, outright, once the project is paid for. That includes the design files, the code and the content — with no watermarks and no licence to renew.
Your domain and hosting are registered in your name. If you ever leave, you take the whole site with you.
